Packages are generally shipped within 72 hours after receipt of payment for priority delivery and 10 days for standard delivery via Colissimo La Poste . Packages can also be sent via another carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) and delivered against signature. Please contact us if you prefer this 2nd delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In mainland France, the customer chooses the location at home only, at an indicated address, in a relay point or at a merchant), the delivery method (Standard, priority or fast) and the delivery conditions (without signature or with signature ).
