Article 3 - Prices

Article 4 - Orders

The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:

Article 5 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article 121-20 of the Consumer Code supplemented by the Hamon law, buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs.

In all cases, the products must be returned in their original condition, packaging included with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged. The customer must return the products accompanied by the order number to our headquarters.

We will reimburse the customer for any amounts already paid; return costs via the Post Office are the responsibility of the buyer. Article 6 - Payment terms

The price is due when ordering. Payments will be made either by:

- PayPal account: transactions will be protected in this case by a specific encryption system;
- Bank check: the package containing the ordered products will be shipped upon receipt of the bank check by the seller;

At the buyer's request, he will be sent a paper invoice showing VAT.

Article 7 - Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Delivery times are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, traffic bans, strikes in the services concerned, force majeure or exceptional circumstances). If these exceed thirty (30) days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

The order is shipped to mainland France and overseas via the Post Office's Colissimo Access system. The package will be delivered without signature to the mailbox corresponding to the contact details (last name, first name, address) appearing in the order form. Failing this and in the event that delivery to the mailbox is impossible, the Post Office may take the initiative of delivering it to any person present at the address mentioned above. In this specific case, the contact details of the person to whom the package has been given will be indicated by the Post Office to the buyer, by means of a notice delivered to their mailbox. It is up to the buyer to refuse receipt of the package and request its return to the seller if it is clearly damaged. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect their packages upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person and to notify any anomaly (shock, damage to the package, etc.) to the carrier, as well as to Margan Atlas, within a period of two working days. In the event that such mentions have not been made on the delivery slip presented to the Buyer by the carrier, no complaint relating to the condition of the package(s) could be accepted retrospectively by Margan Atlas.

Article 8 - Guarantee

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. Article 9 - Liability

Article 13 - Dispute resolution
